The mentorship sessions will take place on a monthly basis, usually between 30 min and 1 hour.

While there’s no requirement to meet in person, connecting face-to-face can be a valuable experience. Meetings can take place either online or in person, depending on what works best for you and your mentor.

The programme goes on a duration of six months and we encourage one mentoring session per month. So by the end of this you should have had six mentoring sessions.
Programme Outline

Goal Setting
The 1st session will be focused on setting goals for the programme.
Mentees will work with mentors to set programme objectives, in line with their desired skills development and career aspirations. -
Personalised Mentoring Sessions
The next 4 sessions are focused on further exploring technical goals, career opportunity support & guidance, and industry trends.
Mentors will support mentees in creating actionable steps and providing them with relevant feedback. -
Wrap-up & Next Steps
During the last in-person session, mentors & mentees will review their achievements and progress towards their goals.
Following the session, participants will be invited to further connect with others in the community and access additional sessions and resources from the Artefact School of Data.
